POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Thank you for your interest in applying for a course at NSCD. We welcome all applicants regardless of disability, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or religion. We audition all applicants and our audition process is designed to assess your potential as a dance artist and your suitability for our courses.

Applications open: Sunday 1st October 2017

Applications close MA Contemporary Dance Performance (VERVE/PAS): Sunday 7th January 2018 or 1 week prior to the audition if you are attending an overseas audition. (Hong Kong & Shanghai by 1st November)

Applications close MA Dance & Creative Enterprise: Sunday 20th May 2018

What do I need to know before I apply?

Before applying for a course, please read the following:

When and where are the auditions?

MA Performance:  The first round auditions, for both VERVE & PAS, will be held at NSCD in mid-January 2018. Shortlisted candidates are then invited to either the VERVE Recall audition and/or the Company Auditions.

MA Dance & Creative Enterprise: Applicants do not need to attend an audition but instead need to submit examples of their work online.

What information do I need to prepare for my application & what does the audition involve?

Applicants can apply for any or all of our MA courses in one application and will therefore only pay one application/audition fee of £50.  Full details can be found in the pdf documents below:
